Sopris Therapy Services (STS) is an innovative outpatient treatment facility offering Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, cognitive retraining, Speech Therapy and Therapeutic Riding. We offer year-round rehabilitation services, and are conveniently located in Carbondale, Colorado.

The outcome of our program is to increase our patients' function in terms of gross and fine motor skills and speech/language production. We promote skills for independent living and create an atmosphere that encourages physical and emotional well-being. Because we use horses for therapy, we hope to improve our patients' outlook on life simply because they are out in the sunshine having fun while realizing their therapy goals!
